Advance Studies Program in Arbitration + LL.M in Dispute Resolution

The Research and Studies Centre for Dispute Resolution in association with Monteavila University’s Law School, Monteavila University’s Institute of Postgraduate Studies and the Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Caracas, promote the Advanced Studies Program in Arbitration.

The Advanced Studies Program in Arbitration aims that students, over the course of three trimesters, learn, deepen and acquire the practical skills of domestic, international and investment arbitration.

Under the guidance of the most distinguished professors and practitioners, students have the opportunity to learn in a theoretical and practical way the most relevant and outstanding issues in arbitration.

To be able to graduate from the Program, students must complete the full academic courses and submit a final research paper, demonstrating the knowledge acquired throughout the program.

Furthermore, PREA students have the opportunity to complete LL.M in Dispute Resolution at the University of Missouri, taking, in a 100% on line format, 15 out of the 22 credits of the LL.M.
